At 450 meters of altitude the village of Ioulis overlooks the north part of Kea Island. This old village is not open to cars and has its own character with narrow streets, stairs, white houses, taverns and little shops.
The house is located in the middle of the village and is accessible at 100 meters from a parking.
The house has two floors, each floor is a different flat with outside stairs. Both were renovated 10 years ago and have modern comfort with an annual maintenance. We created the space with idea to have two flats: one for us at the upper level, and one to give to friends with a separate entrance.
